Built for every season
Every cabin is identical in construction, 12 by 16 feet, with excellent insulation, heating for winter use, and air conditioning through the summer.

A private half bath, electricity, an adjustable BBQ, and a picnic table, so you can settle in and cook at your own door.
Room for the group
Bedding arrangements vary to accommodate different group sizes, with most cabins sleeping five across two sets of bunk beds and a twin.
Across the property
Bathhouses with hot water showers are located throughout the ranch, and cook shacks are available for preparing meals and washing dishes.
Cabins are available on a reservation basis. Call ahead or submit a request online before your visit. Fees may apply for certain circumstances, call for additional details.

For families or groups looking for a little more room, the bunkhouse is a fully furnished two-bedroom mobile home. A master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a full kitchen, a private bathroom, and a living area to gather in. An easy base for a long weekend or a full week on the ranch.

Adult Lodge & Motel
Perched on a plateau overlooking the cabin area, Tom Sawyer Pond, and the surrounding Shasta Cascade mountains, the Adult Motel is a 20-room retreat reserved exclusively for adults. Each room includes full bedding, towels, and a private bathroom, everything you need for a quiet night or a two-week stay. The Adult Lodge features a full commercial kitchen upon request, and floor-to-ceiling fireplace and windows with gorgeous mountain views.

RV and Trailer Full Hookup Sites
With 155 full hookup sites offering water, 30-amp electric, and sewer, the ranch is fully set up for RV and trailer owners. Each site includes a picnic table and BBQ grill. RV sites are first come, first served—no reservation needed. Just pull in and get settled.
Free RV and trailer storage is also available on property for owners.
